Shipping & Handling Information

We will soon be accepting orders online.  We will have more information on shipping & handling charges at that time.

All prices shown on my website are in U.S. currency and we apologize, but we do not ship internationally.  Most jewelry, including pendants, earrings, sets, and chains includes a gift box.  Most smaller orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.  All items shown on the website with a price shown are currently in stock and should be shipped within 3-5 business days.

All online orders will be paid through PayPal, which accepts most major credit cards.  All credit card and personal information will be taken on PayPal's secure website.  You will receive an email from PayPal with the details of your order, followed by an email from PH Dezign will more details on when your order will be shipped.

     

Out of Stock Items

Items shown on the website are one-of-a-kind pieces of art and are currently in stock.  I sell my entire line online and at shows and events, so there may be a small chance that you order an item that I just sold.  My website will be updated as soon as possible after I sell an item, but if you happen to order an item that is no longer in stock, I will contact you and I should be able to create a similar or even better item to suit your specific tastes and needs.
